What a great meet this weekend with many records, new teammates and a victory to boot! We get a weekend off (Happy 4th of July early!) so get in the water and practice your sprinting...I believe that one of the upcoming meets will be in Germantown and Grownup Swimming is trying to schedule one at Lakewood CC in Rockville. Please keep recruiting new teammates....
